**Portrait Session Terms and Conditions Agreement**

This agreement is entered into between the undersigned client(s) ("Client") and [Dayshane Adorno] ("Photographer") for a solo/couple portrait session.

**Booking and Payment:**
1. A non-refundable payment of $125 is required to secure your booking. 

**Cancellation and Rescheduling:**
2. Client understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and they are allowed to reschedule the portrait session without incurring any additional fees.
3. If Client wishes to reschedule, they must provide notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
4. In the event of a rescheduled session, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date and time.

**Cancellation within 24 Hours:**
5. No cancellation fees will be applied if the Client cancels the session 24 hours or more before the scheduled time.

**No-Show:**
6. If the Client fails to show up for the scheduled portrait session without providing any notice, the Photographer reserves the right to retain the full amount paid.

**Photographer's Right to Reschedule:**
7. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule the portrait session due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client and reschedule the session.

**Usage and Copyright:**
8. The Photographer retains the copyright to all images captured during the portrait session. The Client is granted personal use rights only and may not sell or publish the images without the Photographer's written consent.

**Model Release:**
9. By participating in the portrait session, the Client grants the Photographer the right to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.

**Client Cooperation:**
10. The Client agrees to cooperate with the Photographer and follow any instructions provided for a successful portrait session.

**Indemnification:**
11. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Photographer harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Client's actions or use of the images.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
